Sometimes you have to step back from the madness to put things into perspective. Whilst in a challenging space and not seeing what’s in front of your face you become a victim to suffering. Take a step back begin to get your life on track, be mindful with what you let in and what you’re thinking. Make a conscious decision to escape a mental prison. Use your knowledge on positive change to encourage self-wisdom.
