“What you think Is more important than what you do”

Freedom is what sets the mind free and allows the soul to wander. To me the thought of having the same daily routine; is just routine. How do you grow from that position? I know at times money and personal situations causes us to put our plans and dreams on hold however, be passionate with what sets your thoughts on fire. I remember being at University and working a job I didn’t like but it helped. I told myself that this was not forever but financially, I had to work with what was clever. We all have trials and hardships some may be down to work, relationships or just life in general. Stay dreaming.

I remember at the time being frustrated as I knew I was destined for greatness, I just didn’t know what. This is where I had my first recognition/encounter with the law of attraction. Just before my last exam I started job searching and signed up with an agency. From there I took loads of tests and successfully passed. To cut a long story short, I put myself in a position to do well and prevented resistance through action.

I wanted out of the job I was in and effectively landed a better role in another industry. I spent a year with this company as a junior broker. I was thrown in the deep end but I learnt a lot in a short space of time however, the working environment wasn’t for me. So once again I told myself I wanted out of that company by July 2016. Consequently, I was offered a new position in July 2016 and started my new role with a different company in August 2016. When you understand the power of your thoughts and focus on what you want the rest will follow, as long as you don’t create resistance.

So here I am, only difference is, I am happy with where I currently work and finally know what I am passionate about doing. Writing song lyrics and poetry. So, let’s see where this takes me.

  1. As I went on reading this, I was imagining myself in this scenario..Sometimes it becomes harder for you to bring a change in your life, to give your heart what it actually wants. Sometimes you’ve to force yourself to go with the flow..and thats the saddest thing ever, but yes, along with that, we’ve to keep on trying to actually gain what we want! No matter how hard it becomes!
    Ps. Very well written 🙂

    1. Thank you so much for taking time out to leave a comment. Change can sometimes be hard as we’re forced to live/move out side of our comfort zones. There will always be a battle between what your heart desires and what your mind craves. Try to find balance between the two. If that fails rely on gut instinct and if you make mistakes it’s never a loss. I agree it’s never too late to try I’ve been writing for 7 years and at the age of 25 I’ve now decided it’s time to share and maybe some can relate and find comfort in my words. Thanks again 😊
